Friday, September 3rd, 4:00 we will meet and exchange our September ATC swap at the store. Starting this month the ATC swap will be open to everyone. You can come in and swap your cards, mail them in, or drop them off. Those who can't get here to swap in person will receive their cards the next time they are in the store or if you want them mailed, then see or ask Roxie about postage and your swapped cards will be mailed back to you on Tuesday after labor day. The October ATC swap is due on October 1 and the theme is Halloween. More details to come later. If you are interested, please come in and sign up or call Roxie at (812) 464-2767. We are expecting lots of new ATC swappers and will not turn anyone away, we are just needing final numbers so that we can help make your swap a success.
We've got new stamps in the store that would be great for atc cards. Also, we have ephemera, buttons, bling, flowers, fibers, glimmer mist, stickles, stickers, paint, embossing powder, inks, dies and plenty of paper to make any swap a success. Of course, we encourage you to use your current supplies also, but shopping for new stuff is so exciting!

Spellbinders Nestabilities Dies and Tattered Angel
Spellbinders Nestabilities dies have just arrived. These are some of the new dies released for CHA. We received the mats for the grand dies but the new large grand dies aren't shipping yet. We will let you know as soon as they arrive.
We also received a new shipment of Tattered Angels glimmer mist and glimmer glam. Lots of new colors to add to your collection. And we have some large metal skeleton keys. These will go great on your pages, tags, mini albums and altered books. And can't forget the HUGE stamp sets we got in from Tattered Angels. These you have to see to believe.

New Items at the Corner Crop
We have the new pink ATG gun in the store. This is lighter in weight and slightly smaller than the red metal or yellow atg guns. Please stop by and have us show you how this adhesive gun works. I think you'll like it and the adhesive re-fills are really economical when compared to most other glue or tape runners.
Viva Decor Pearl Pens are back in stock. We ordered extra of the white as that seems to be a favorite and remember this will be great to use on your Christmas cards.
A lot of the Tim Holtz metals have been re-ordered and are now in stock along with a few that we didn't carry before. We'll always re-order Tim's products but it's hard to keep them on the shelves. Please let us know if there is something you've been looking for but don't see in the store. Chances are it's just sold out, but we'll put you first on the list when we next re-order. NOTE: We have his fragments and memo pens in for those who've been looking for them. Tim's NEW fall dies and other items are due to ship mid-September. His NEW Christmas dies and items are due to ship mid-October.

Crop - August 27th
Our crop last night was a huge success. There were lots of new faces. We want to take this opportunity to say we enjoyed your company and to welcome you back. And to our dear friends who were out of town or had other commitments we want you to know you were missed and we look forward to seeing you at our next crop.
Ladies!...your layouts and projects were awesome! We're happy to say we have the most talented people in the area that gather around our tables to create and to share their lovely ideas. Everything was just fabulous...from the fellowship, to the food, to the games, to the ideas, to the stories...oops! Almost forgot...what happens at the crop, stays at the crop! (wink)

Donna's Musical Memories - Sheet Music to Scrap With - arrrived today. This is af/lf and great for scrappers and cardmakers.
We received 3 new books today. Zentagle Basics, Zentagle 2 and Totally Tangled. These are great for anyone who likes doodling or wants to learn to doodle.
We also received some gold-leafing pens from Krylon.
My teaser for the day is....can't tell ya who or what it is! but I received word today that a shipment is on it's way and due to arrive at the store on Tuesday. Now I'm not sure what time Tuesday so I can't guarantee we will have the display up and ready for show until Wednesday, but this is gonna 'knock your socks off'. (Do you think we should hold this for our croppers to have first pick on Friday? hmmm...this is a conundrum!?!)
And....there is another shipment on the way!! OHHHH! This is like waiting for Santa!

September Crop, ATC Swap and more
September Crop will be held in August!!!! Friday, August 27, from 5pm til 11pm. Cost is $5.00. Pizza and drinks will be provided. As always, if you bring a snack to share you will get a ticket for a special drawing. We will again play scattegories, maybe bingo and will have drawings throughout the evening for prizes.
The Monthly Page Kit Contest layout is due Monday, August 23rd. We encourage you to pick up a kit if you haven't done so yet. This would be a great project to work on the night of the crop.

Crinkle Ribbon
Our old fashioned seam binding ribbon is now available in 26 colors. This ribbon has no sizing in it and easily lends itself to wrinkling and crinkling for a very vintage look on your layouts, cards and tags. You can rubber stamp on it, spritz it with glimmer mist or acrylic paints.

Steampunk Debutante 12x12 paper pad is here along with some of the new embellishments they are calling 'staples. These staples include a 6x12 sticker sheet, some chipboard buttons, small coin envelope tags and envelope mini books in 2 sizes and 2 colors.
There were people in the store waiting for the fedex man to deliver this wonderful package. Sure hope we didn't scare him too bad....lol!
This is selling fast so please stop by soon as I'm sure we will have to place another order very soon, but you'll have to wait for another shipment to arrive.
